ANALYST
As an Analyst, you work under supervision of a Consultant and you are responsible for project support and specific research/analysis in your area of specialization. You receive training in analytical methods, sector-specific training and core consultancy skills training.

CONSULTANT
As a Consultant, you work independently on assignment, managing Analysts and delivering individual project tasks, but still under the supervision of a Manager. You receive training in operating assignment skills, sales techniques and communication skills.

MANAGER
As a Manager, you work fully independently and are responsible for the successful implementation of a specific project within the budget. You usually manage a team of Consultants and Analysts on a project. You are involved in the business development together with the senior management.

SENIOR MANAGER
As a Senior Manager, you are involved in account management with client organizations and you work as a responsible Manager on complex/large projects. You are responsible for initiating and leading sales and other business development activities. In addition, you have line management responsibility.

DIRECTOR/PARTNER
As a Director or Partner, your primary task will be business development. You focus on projects as a responsible director managing the existing clients and acquiring new ones. In addition, you are responsible for a practice within Key Consulting.
